Ask a Muslim Anything

Please join the Friends of the Jackson Public Library for Ask a Muslim Anything with journalist and scholar Robert Azzi on Sunday evening May 20th at 7 pm. This program co-sponsored by the Friends of the Jackson Public Library, the Jackson Community Church, First Church of Christ in North Conway, and the Bushee Thorn Trust.

Mr. Azzi works to encourage tolerance, understanding and interfaith dialogue, particularly with issues related to the Middle East and Islam. His popular program, “Ask a Muslim Anything”, is where Azzi welcomes questions on Islam, on being Muslim, on issues related to terrorism and on the geopolitics of the Middle East as he has experienced and understands them. Nothing is off the table- and each program lasts approximately 90 minutes!

Robert Azzi is a photojournalist, columnist and public speaker who lives in Exeter, NH. An Arab American Muslim born in New Hampshire, he’s also lived in Beirut, Cairo, Athens, Jeddah and New York. Mr. Azzi writes on issues of Identity, Conflict, and Islam, particularly as they apply in the Middle East. His columns appear in The Concord Monitor, Foster’s Daily Democrat (Dover), and The Portsmouth Herald.
