Enjoying a Maker Space at the Library

We have set up a “Maker Space” project area in the children’s section of the library, and it has been a huge hit. In October, patrons and visitors alike enjoyed making spooky Halloween-themed bookmarks. In November, we saw numerous turkeys designed and put together using toilet paper rolls, construction paper hand-prints and googly eyes. For December, we have a new activity on hand: make your own cards using stock paper and stencils. Perfect for gifts and thank you notes. All ages welcome!
