November's Question of the Month

Did you know that Saturday, November 21, 2015 is International Games Day? We have numerous games that you can check out from the library, perfect for people of all ages. A quick sampling of our selection includes: Apples to Apples, Battleship, Blokus, Chess, Jenga, Scrabble (my favorite), Trivial Pursuit and more. This, of course, leads us to our question of the month for November:

What is your favorite game?
Stop on and share your answer on the bulletin board in the library. Or if you prefer, send us an email and we will add your answer to the list.

As for September’s response to the question: What is your favorite type of NONFICTION book? Well, we received only a few responses, but they were delightfully diverse, including: armchair adventures, true-life murder mysteries, historical events, knitting patterns and ANYTHING!

Although the recent winds have been battering the pages, our storywalk of Henry’s Big Pumpkin is still up and well worth the visit for youngsters and their adults alike.
