The Federal Budget… and you.

As you may have heard, the President’s budget proposal eliminates funding to cultural programs. Among them are the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), which administers the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). These support state libraries and comprise the only federal funding libraries receive. Many of the most important services our excellent New Hampshire State Library (NHSL) offers come from this program.

We have a last-minute addition to our programs this month! The Potluck Singers will perform a concert at the Library on Tuesday, March 28th at 7pm. Please join us!
