Tiny House Program June 7th

Please join the Friends of the Jackson Public Library as they host Tiny House expert Isa Bauer discussing the challenges and advantages of living year round in a tiny house at 7 pm Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the Jackson Public Library, located at 52 Main Street in Jackson, NH. This presentation was postponed from February, and we are happy to have Isa here in June.

Curious about living a more sustainable lifestyle in a tiny house? The presentation focuses on the basics of planning for and owning a tiny house on wheels. It offers insights unique from the currently popular tiny house themed TV shows, from approximately “how much” and “where to live”, to the efficient use of space and the management of composting toilets. Learn why something so “cute” and compact could cause so much discussion!

Isa Bauer is the Project Manager and lead designer from Tiny House Northeast, a New England and upper NY State tiny house design-build business. Isa earned a M.A. in Regional Economic and Social Development with a concentration in Sustainable Development, including green building materials and construction methods research. Isa has owned a tiny house since she was 19-years old.
