Description
Part of a collection of television epics based on the best-selling books by novelist Catherine Cookson, this 19th century drama traces the childhood of young orphan Millie Forester (Perdita Weeks), who's taken in by the homeless Aggie Winkovski (Val McLane) after her prostitute mother commits suicide.
